Thanks everyone.
I thought I was doing ok, but then I packed up his meds and prescription food to donate back to the clinic for folks who can't afford it. When I pulled into their drive the tears started burning.
Then I was cleaning out my truck to get ready for my trip and I found a photo of Buford with a huge smile. And I got teary eyed again.
I am hoping to get a good nap shortly - I am leaving for Texas by 330am. I made my dad a list of "chores" and took the rabbits to stay at the vet (afraid he won't go up there often enough to put their frozen bottles in and it is too hot).
When I get back, I am going to bore y'all sick with photos and stories of Buford.
Did I ever tell you he was a hero? True story.
See y'all Sunday unless my laptop remembers how to get online.
