ast year my youngest dropped 95lbs, she has always been heavy, and she must eat right,
but she showed me this scale she uses and I bought one, I really like it, my sone got one too.

How does that work? Does it separate weight into fat and muscle?

still holding steady here. it would be nice to lose a few more lbs sooner rather than later but it's tough this time of the year for me to not want to eat a lot more than i'm burning.

My current food goal is 1 : 2 ratio of omega6 : omega3. Goodbye to condiments, chips, and crackers. Hello finn crisp, wasa, flax seed, and chia seed.

I averaged 1649 calories/day the past 7 days. I have not been in a mood to check the scale. My clothes are tight. I s'pose I should do some fasting mimicking cycles again. I skipped some 'cause I didn't wanna. Whoops.
