Thinking about making some coconut gelatin and looked at the calories on a packet, only 5! Then I looked at portions. 5 calories for 1/4 packet. What? How stupid! Who measures out 1/4 of a packet that small? Why not just say 20 calories? Stupid.

Probably written that way because most people are going to eat it as jello. 1/4 packet of gelatin is about 1 cup jello. My kids have been asking for "gummy bears." It's fruit puree + gelatin, in gummy bear molds. PITA to clean up the molds afterwards, so I haven't gotten around to it.

I got my recipe from this cookbook: https://www.amazon.com/Healing-Kitc...argid=pla-439282005092&psc=1&region_id=674469

same here, tapioca says 20 calories, but that doesn't count the sugar, eggs or milk, so you have to instead look at the "as preparred" calories, but since i don't exactly follow that recipe either it's somewhere in between and then i have to translate that into per cup servings because i don't eat tapioca pudding at half cup serving size. nope, nada, uhnuhnoway!

recently i'm doing part servings throughout the day so it's about a cup to half a pint a day. that's more like it. i make double + batches when i do it so it lasts me five days to a week to eat it.

My weight this morning was 132.7 pounds. But this evening I’ll weigh 3-4 pounds heavier. Why do I weigh more at night?
My starting weight was 137, but that night, it was 141. I dunno.

Will ya'll STOP! I already had my coffee - but ya'll are making me want to have another cup...or tea... or anything I can dunk a salted caramel biscotti into! OMG! I shoulda never bought those!

i'm making cream puffs this weekend so i'll probably eat some of those... going to be a tough weekend for the diet here too. much colder weather means i want to eat everything even more than usual.

That looks yummy! Cutting out dairy really helped me. I got use to just So-Delicious coconut milk in my coffee.
I use heavy cream. Going to finish this and drink it black. Maybe I’ll look at the case of imitation coffee cream, flavored and whatever.

Wow, I slept late! I did my usual awake couple of hours in the night. Woke up at 6, back to sleep, woke up at 8:15. Feels like a sleep hangover.

Coffee
1 scoop of collagen 70 calories 0 carbs
5 tblsp of heavy cream. 250 calories 5 carbs.

I usually glug glug the cream. Tablespoons? I kept tasting the coffee, still not what I normally use.

I forgot to weigh yesterday morning, I did this morning. Going to first post with starting weight.
when I weigh myself, I wait until I have done all my "morning business" and before I eat anything,
my last was 154
I am only 5foot so I nee to loose at least 15 more, I dont want to loose mussel, just body fat,
