I hope you feel better - bummer it had to happen in the first few weeks, but why not just jump in head first, right? What's the use in wading in when you can go full force....

I wouldn't wait on the pumping. Even if you toss out any milk produced you would still be ahead on the build up of a good supply.

When you are breastfeeding you nurse the baby sick or not. :/ Hope you feel better soon. I was sick for two weeks WITH antibiotics.
