5 is better than 2! It gets better from here. In no time they'll be sleeping 6 hours at night, taking their naps at the same time, and you will feel so much better.

some days i do manage it. not always, not by far, but here or there and around the corners... my bigger weakness is cookie dough. it takes a lot of will power for me to avoid that. when i have a really bad craving for something like this i found out that really thick rolled oats mixed with butter and brown sugar will work because it is really chewy and takes me a long time to eat just a few spoon fulls. then i have some milk.
my bestie used to laugh at me so much for eating raw oats and then drinking milk.
