CheerioLounge - Desert Dreamin'

I know in PA, you don't need to wear a helmet. But, I figure I wear one when I ride my horse. I'm going much faster on the bike, and there's cars on the road. Sure, it can be hot in the summer, but I'd rather be hot than dead or brain damaged.
 
oh im the same on the helmet issue.

in ct my 49 cc didnt have to be registered or insured, you have to have a drivers lisence or permit to ride it on the road BUT it doesnt have to be a class M (motrotcyle license) anythign more than 49sccs though is consdered a mtorcycle.

i do belive in cali trikes can be run on a Class C lisence :)

im trying to find out what the rules are here in TN re the motrocycle test and trikes
 
Helmets are required in CA. And I would definitely be wearing one. The guy who died in that accident years ago would have survived had he been wearing one.

In all reality, I probably will not be getting a bike.

In my younger years, I had a very close relationship with a '78 Panhead. Thats all I'm gonna say about that...
