Sorry WBF! Next time I go to the market, I'll pick up the ingredients. That's one thing I haven't tried from scratch. You got a good recipe?

I do! I just need to look it up. It's easy to make, too. I remember you use 3 eggs, as well as cocoa powder, but beyond that, I don't recall. I've had people tell me they're the best brownies they've ever had.

I'll look for it tomorrow, and post it in the recipe section-as long as I can find it. My eyes are almost back to normal, so I should be able to do that w/out much trouble.

Here's a good one.

Brownies

2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
3/4 c. cocoa
1 c. self rising flour
1 c. chopped nuts optional

Melt the butter, mix all other ingredients in. Grease 13x9 pan. Preheat oven to 350 F Bake for 30-35 minutes.

These are easy and oh so chocolatey rich!
