Good morning! On first cup of coffee thanks to @Country homesteader who made a pot earlier,lol
Yes, playing hookie from church today. My hair is a mess and can blame it on daylight saving whatever. 🙄
Trip to Florida was fine. Niece was very happy with her hoodie poncho I made her.

I also gave her some yarn and hooks so she can learn to crochet. I tried to teach her some but she is left handed and I an a righty,lol not easy at all.
The trip back was awful. Breaks and no ac. Then the constant complaining was excruciating unbelievably tiring to the point that I have been sleeping for 2 days like if I had jetlag, 🤣
Tried working on the garden but gound is solid frozen still. Today, it's snowing:

I guess I will play with some potting soil I got at the dollar store and start filling up some cells and do some inside planting.

What an ugly day! By 11am, I was sleepy already. I slept all day and last night, so why?
Didn't play with dirt at all. Took a nap until 1pm. Sister called from PR and that was a 2 hrs call. Did some laundry and had leftovers. Then called my other sister in FL but left a message that I was fine. My sister from PR asked me if I had steroids for my voice. Like I a pharmaceutical company. Of course not. Anyways, she got on my case as usual because there must be something wrong with me for living in the boonies. I like it that way, jeebers! She likes comfortable living and I live comfortable away from the city.
So, found a cardigan that I never finished and decided to work on it.

Man, I just want to brag on my church. The local pregnancy center could use some diapers so I put word out at my church. They put a diaper drop off barrel, and it has been filled over and over! This is going to be my second drop off, and the backseat of my truck is full. I’ve got a pack or two in the front too and a jumbo box of wipes. Man these guys have shown up. Thank you Lord!

Wet, cold, gloomy this morning at wake up. Not a good mood builder. I had coffee, grumbled, finally went and got some hay. Still crappy out....I'm thinking I need to make a cake or such 🤔 oven warms, cake sweetens things. 🤣 Long work week ahead.

I made brownies last night. I really wanted brownies! I gave them away this afternoon so I wouldn’t eat any more of them!

1 sleeve graham crackers
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 cup peanut butter

Crush crackers, melt butter. Mix.
Press out in parchment paper lined 9x9 baking dish.

1 cup chocolate chips
2 tbl peanut butter
Melt then pour over base

Refrigerate 2 hours.

Not low carb, but satisfies the wife's sweet tooth.

I am working on a lower carb version

Good Morning All!
Sorry I haven't been on in a couple days, been trying to get my house straight after not having a chance to do anything over this past weekend.
Attached are the pics I promised you a few days ago. I had to take the different views of it so I could see for myself that it was actually going to work. It took FH, a friend of ours and what little help I gave to put it up there.
@tortoise and @baymule Y'all both made cake/brownies and NO SHARING OF THEM but don't nobody worry I'm making Choc chip cookies and Old Time SOFT Sugar cookies today so yes I'll share.
