Ok, both lavender beds are done, DH help get weed eating done alone the driveway and I mowed down by the fruit trees ect.
I just need to mow the yard.
Going to be about 48 over night. And 45 at 4am. Only got to 57 today, the chicks were cold.
Not much warmer tomorrow, lots of gray clouds but no rain.

Sleep well
Good night

been cool here too at night, but daytime temperatures have been pretty good for getting stuff done. that is about to change again back to warmer in the days up to the mid-80sF this mid-week, but i'm hoping i can get the last of the fenced gardens weeded and planted this weekend and then mow on Monday. some mornings i'm adding extra blankets and Mom puts the AC on at times when i'm just right so i'm getting an extra blanket those times too. it's almost summer and i want to be at least warm! :) it's coming...

Do you not have them over there?

They are called a bunch of different things, crawdads, crawfish, mud bugs.

They can also make little mud chimneys for their homes.

We have some in the stream here. Used to catch them in the Umatilla River in eastern Oregon.

Hubby laughed at there being enough water for them to move in
