Corn-y questions, help please......

I did 250 ears this year, so space was an issue. Processing time is pretty long, but there's no space in my freezer.

keljonma, I tried dehydrating sweet corn last year and some of it turned out great. The rest turned brown using my dehydrator. It is possible it was over done, but I don't think so because the same tray would have the brown and the yellow. Any ideas as to what I did wrong or how to do it better?
Also, I have heard dehydrated sweet corn can be ground into an awesome corn meal. Has any one tried this?
