hq, the peepers always get me excited about spring once I hear them! :D The mild winter here hasn't hurt, either! :lol:
 
Whew! No thunderstorms, just rain here tonight! :D

That's probably because I didn't care if it stormed as it was coming in from the west and we can track the lightning from the "front" windows. :lol:

Doc was suprised to hear the peepers in our little ponds, when he got home from work tonight! :cool: They were thrilled with the rain we had and sang the whole time! :D

Got an e-mail from Lehmans...my books are on the way! :celebrate Better get a ton of stuff done before they get here 'cuz I know where my nose will want to be! :lau
 
Well, just leave your nose there, and take the rest of your body off to do stuff.

Well, it was absolutely gorgeous here today...sunshine, 60's and not quite so windy! :D

I'm tired and sore all over but it's that plesant kind of agony from getting a lot accomplished. ;) I double dug the 30' section for my peas, pulled out roots & rocks and got that double row of peas planted. :D

Sowed some greens for us and the birds in the small Elephant Garlic bed. Didn't have that on todays To-Do list but glad I added it. ;)

Turned the soil in the bed along the guinea coop to plant more peas and greens. That wasn't on the list either but glad it's done! :D

Hauled in some deadfall from the edge of our woods, burned the last of the garbage and we'll sit out around it for a spell tonight as it's supposed to be in the upper 40's and clear tonight. I can't recall the last time we've sat out by the fire and just listened to the woods and stargazed! :love

We'll be getting up early tomorrow and hitting the woods and FINALLY be getting the ginseng seeds sown. :bow

Doc's grilling steaks for dinner tonight so I'm outta here for a bit...
 
If I weren't sicky I'd be sleeping in my greenhouse tonight :lol: Glad you had a good day!
