Can I cry now? I went out to the farm to feed Stormy. CL was there. I learned from her that the new boarder's horse isn't broke. She wanted to know if RU could break it for her! That ain't going to happen. While I was still there, NB and her daughter came. I am being civil to them. I do not like them, and am praying about it.
I was getting ready to leave when I noticed them over by my tack shed, so I went to see why they were there. I heard NB's daughter say, I'm not using that. She was talking about MY portapot. It is not there for the general public to use. It is for me! I'm the one that has to empty it and clean it. I was quick to inform them that that's mine, it's not for everyone to use. So then they asked about a bathroom. Keep in mind, this is not a fancy boarding barn. Basically, during the week, the only people that are there are RU and myself. If I have to go, I use my portapot. If RU has to go, she uses her house. And, during the weekends, anyone that's there normally just uses a stall. RU used to have a rented potty, but it wasn't worth the money, so she got rid of it. I'm hoping that NB won't be there much during the day. I am NOT going to tell her when I'll be there, and I'm NOT giving her my cell number. But, I'll take all the prayers I can get on dealing w/her.
As for good news, yesterday afternoon when I got there, I got an egg. This morning, I got an egg. This afternoon, I got an egg! So, either I have one chicken that's laying more than an egg a day, or both of my girls are now laying!

I keep telling myself that I am not going to get an incubator, but it sure is tempting.
