Aww, that's awesome! :) I hate to tell you this, but they take their sweet time hatching. Mine pipped Friday and hatched on Sunday only. How many eggs have you set and what breed?

I'll Post another pic once I am home today as you can actually see him now that the little guy is not in the incubator.
I'm a little bummed only 1 hatched but we just recently hatched some chicks so I am sure they will keep each other company.

:love My ducklings and chicks share a brooder and are absolutely bats about each other. Whenever I take the ducklings out for their swim the chicks go nuts until I bring them back. I often find the chicks sleeping on the ducklings' backs, or snuggled up with them too. Your little guy should be along well with your chicks :)

Can't get enough photos around here for sure. Especially baby critters- ducks are the best!

My girlfriend has a few good ones of the duck in its first time in water! Absolutely adorable, she said sometime today she'd send some over so I can share.
