so Seabeck Post Office only gets one truck a day ,, at 7:30am,, the post office does not open until 8:30am,,,,,,Tacoma is one hour 30min away,,,, :somad shall I be one of those people and go sit in the parking lot and wait for the truck and demand my chicks as soon as they open the truck??? and tick off the USPS

I left the house just as I got a email notice 7:38- got to the post office at 8 - didn’t get a call- I went in the lobby- went to the man door for the back room, heard the gentleman say, those chicks are awfully quiet did a call go out—- I knocked.
He came to the food and I asked for my chicks.
Three were DOA, sped home.
It was chick ER
As of this moment I have 2 breathing but questionable- 5 napping- 8 hopped up on honey water

at 8pmish I closed the windows and door- I am waiting for the older hens to come in,
I can’t do anything else except pray the coop doesn’t burn down
