Was 2nd the one with 2 acres -- a farm cut out?

That one sounds like a possible fit, well with just that description. :idunno I'm thinking garden!! :old
The meh one was the farm cut out. Second one is 3 acres of flatness on ridge. It actually had a store bought coop hidden behind a shed in the back. 😆

Her expectations may be a little too much. You may have to bring her back down to earth. Do pay attention and value her input. Then gently explain why this or that is not feasible right now. Pick a few of her want list activities and do them to make her happy and feel valued.

I don't need to pay for a therapist when I have all of you!!!! Thank you.

We are not in our thirties and don't need the vacation/holiday family party house. She (due to her health issues) will never be Martha Stewart or have a production crew to assist, so we don't need a professional kitchen setup

This house I like may end up being too much house, but I like it a lot.

If it's within the budget, location acceptable, maybe another walk thru -- to discuss the DW concerns and discover plausible changes -- will be enough.

Always easier when on site to do. Carry a tape measure, a pencil & paper. 🤔🥴
