I don't have exec membership cus we no longer buy as much as we used to 15 years ago. But I do go there for the coupons about once a month. Their mushrooms are waaaaay cheaper than grocery stores. We don't eat much pre-prepared food. But their gas prices are the best around.

Inspection morning, I have project meetings, but wife is on her way with notes, lists, charged phone, and tape measure.
Nothing too major, except maybe replacing the water heater. From the chat with the wife, nothing I heard that wouldn't be expected of a 20 year old one owner house. Some minor wall patching/smoothing needs to be done prior to painting.
The thing in the kitchen is indeed a sliding door, but the 2x2 in the track is screwed down. Needs steps to use.
Inspector said it would be easy peasy to build out a canning area in the basement.

Guess we are continuing to move forward.....
