Tomorrow is DH's procedure. Have to be at the hospital at 6am. Hope my goats forgive me but I am so NOT going out to milk at 4. Nope - jut not going to do it.

Hospital won't let me stay overnight IF they decide to keep him. Doc won't commit either way...grrrrr. Really, really hope we can just get out of there and come home.

I hope you can both get out of there and come home too. Hospitals are no fun, not to mention even my dogs would turn up their noses at the food. Stop and buy take out on the way home, make it easy on yourself.

The juice might be ok - but the coffee is horrid!

We ALWAYS make a stop as soon as he gets discharged from any procedure. Nothing DH likes more than a hamburger. I've been packing my "carry-on" bag. My phone charger is in there and some snacks. I'll take a cold pack and a couple bottles of water too. I won't be going near the cafeteria!

Thinking about y'all this morning! The hospital BJ was in had an imitation Starbucks booth on the ground floor with delicious, expensive, coffee. I gladly paid the price, it saved my life!

Thanks y’all! Been here for an hour now. Prep is done...just waiting for them to come and get him. Still no idea if he’ll be here overnight. Nurse said “sometimes” this doc lets his patients go home the same day. Ok- that doesn’t answer my question- ugh. Nothing to do now except hurry up and wait.
