Getting acclimated to country

I just looked through all the first aid stuff I don't have antibiotic ointment. What can I use instead?

The peroxide will probably do for tonight. Just get the worms out and get it clean.

I think I got most of the worms out but do you know how hard it is to hold onto a little fighter, extend the wing away from the body with one hand while the other is dropping peroxide into the wound?

I'm sure that was a challenge! Probably a good sign that it's fighting!

I hope so. I had to stop seeing how the little one was shivering and now I have it wrapped (Shhh, this is a secret) in one of my Uncle's dish towels.

Dog gone it now the time I wished I had vet training or more experience with raising chickens.
