I need to dig through my freezer and find a pork belly - I know there's one in there somewhere! There's just nothing like the taste of home cured bacon!

That looks fabulous!

it takes skill to cut it by hand. hopefully ill get better with practice, but it still tastes good and the thicker cuts are better

BLT with Home Cured Bacon , Fresh Lettuce and tomatoes , Home made bread from fresh milled flour , Homemade Mayo with fresh eggs .

so the directions say 16 oz is good for 25 lbs. we have nowhere near that much so a little math and i figured we use .64 oz per lb.
