Ideas and recipes needed for NT/WAPF make ahead grab-n-go meals

I guess I'm lucky my kids are pretty open to food? My oldest doesn't like green beans or peas, or for her food groups to "touch" on the plate or have sauce on them, my youngest doesn't like cheese (but since I'm lactose intolerant she just eats what I do at cheesy meals).

Sneak in whatever you need to until it becomes the norm, and then slowly let them know what they've been eating ;)

ssshhh. be very quiet....she's sleeping....

Seriously, she actually came in and shopped with me. We even bought some wheat berries. Maybe the journey has begun?

Bread's in the oven. A very unique smell. Can't wait to try it.

Can't wait for a taste report :D
DS just got home from school, he' already bugging me to start cutting into it.

It's very good! Different type texture, very spongy, I believe, from the eggs. Not "heavy" but "meaty". DS gave it a :thumbsup. We'll see what the girls think. Thank you for the recipe.

Nothing is ever going to match the texture of bread, but if you can get something with good flavor that holds together without using flour, it usually works for people. It ends up more like a quickbread and people can relate to that :D
