Inspired by Farmer Chick...What is your "to do" list today?

Pat sorry about Berto. (I have an older mare with front hoof issues that are just going to get worse as she gets older...already about 26. I feel your pain, she has been such a wonderful horse.)

Mind if I ask what a "cat run" is? Is it for indoor cats so they can get outside for a bit?

To Do:

Have a nice glass of wine. My daughter is at a friend's house for the night! Ahhhhh

Now that is one nice "To Do"
enjoy!

I just had a magic show from Nicole. She made a hat disappear.
She put a hat under her blanket.....made Tony and I close our eyes---moved the hat, then said Abracadabra and WOW the hat was gone when we opened our eyes. Cool huh? LOL-LOL

Then she made Daddy disappear. She said close your eyes Mommy, she said, Daddy come with me into the kitchen, came back and said open eyes and surprise, Daddy was gone.

Hmm.....4 1/2 yr old magic shows are wild..HA HA HA

Hey BBH, I like your evening to-do list!

Yup, the cat run is so they can get out (point being mainly the periodically hunger-striking Mo, but the others like it too), as we are 60 ft from a very very busy *fast* rural road and outdoor cats round here have very short lifespans.

You can see its current incarnation at http://www.theeasygarden.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=27031

The addition is a 2.5 x 2.5 x 12' hallway going along the cedar hedge, up against the trunks. Tomorrow I will also put clear plastic on the part that attaches to the house, and a clear plastic roof on the bridge part. Then I *swear* I am done messing with it til spring! Really! I promise! Maybe.

Hmm. I'll start with today's "To-do" list, and then maybe this week's. It'll be a long one.

Today:

1) Clean the house/laundry. Done.

2) Look for a job. Getting ready for that one.

3) Feed the animals. Will do that right after this. Cleaned out the fridge and pantry, currently boiling the old eggs for them.

4) When Adam gets home with the car. Go buy some redworms. The wormbins are ready. (4PM)

5) Figure out and make dinner.

6) Get ready for and go to my first beekeeper's meeting. (7PM)

This Week:

1) Find a job.

2) Set up the worm bins.

3) Anticipate and freak out over our first litter of baby rabbits.

4) Catch something in my livetrap. Stupid bobcat..

5) Finish applying to school and register for classes. (Tomorrow).

6) Mulch strawberries. Research whether I need to make hoops to overwinter them. If so, make hoops..

Okay. So it wasn't that bad, but add in everyday chores and it get's busy.

WTH!?!?! It's already 1 PM!?!? :th
