It's a girl!!! pics-Update-AND ANOTHER GIRL!!!

Dixie, my pretty, tiny leopard appy gave birth to her baby last night even though she showed NO signs of even being close last night. The stud is a Friesian/Paint cross but baby girl gets her coloring from Grandma Appy who was a sorrel blanket app. She does seem to have the typical Friesian head though.

Baby's name is Miz Scarlett....Dixie......Scarlett......well, I sorta thought it fit....and she's red so look it works on two levels! Gotta register her with the sporthorse assoc. so I think that's just about right.
