Making Butter

Oh, I should add, I tried making butter in the food processor with goat milk. I had it going for about 15 minutes before I got sick of it and stopped. Had the processor stayed cool enough it would have worked, but it heated up, and the cream along with it. I put it in the fridge and decided to try later. The next day there was a ball of very soft badly formed butter. I shook some more and it dissolved. I know, I know.. I killed my only butter. :hit

So yeah, goat milk = no butter, unless I get a cream seperator.

What ever happened to that guy with the cat on his head???

Anyway, I'm bumping this thread back up b/c I'm going to be making butter from raw cow's milk soon...well, trying to, that is.
