The native plum liqueur was quite good last year, so I just started a small batch when I saw them at a farm stand. I hope to get raspberries this year again and make both wine and liqueur from them. I'd also like to make a small batch of black cherry liqueur, and have been watching them closely. I won't get many this year but I want to know how it comes out in case it is another bumper crop year next year.
