Back when I was working at the local grocery store to get through college, a local woman would use a baby basket to bring a goat kid into the store. When told it violated health code rules and she couldn't be in the store with it, she broke down crying it was her baby.

After she passed, her house interior was so nasty from her goats being inside with her, the entire building was just burnt to the ground as a fire department exercise as opposed to trying to clean it out.
