More and more free wood

It's funny how quickly plans can change with just a phone call...

I was just getting ready to work on the garden and M. got a phone call. Our friend is clearing his place to get ready to move and just brought a 16' trailer loaded with free wood, with two more loads once we unload the trailer (he lives over an hour away, so it might be a few weeks before we move the whole pile from his house to ours...)
Some of this stuff is over 100 years old (old barn wood), but is still solid and very usable. We're sooo excited!

Bonus: the weather is unseasonably cool and comfortable. Awesome!

Thanks @Britesea . If we lived a bit closer, we could share... We have friends here with chickens. They're a young couple, who work hard to have no debt, raise their own chickens, can everything they are able to. But their chicken pen is only about 3 feet tall which makes it hard to work in there. I'm so excited about being able to help them build a run with used wood that will make things so much easier!
Plus we have a shed in the back that needs serious help before winter. It was here when we got here, and I use it for my garden stuff. Check it out:

Having serious wood envy here too! God provides, though, doesn't He? You needed wood to redo your shed, now you have wood aplenty!

I love it when God does that in my life and He does it quite frequently, clear down to just little things we need and, lo and behold, He provides that little thing and it's just right for the purpose.
