I love the fall, its my favorite time of the year. The only thing I miss is the gardening and having the kids home.

I just got back from running practice. We ran 6 miles. Down hill 3, up hill 3.

Yeah, sounds like fun. I only run if someone is chasing me to hurt me.
At least its not during a heatwave huh?
How is your weather there. Ours feels like fall, I had to wear a jacket out this morning.
Its beautiful and sunny and cool right now.
