Peanut butter pie is so easy to make and so good too! Years back, where we used to live, we participated in the Red Cross chili supper, a fund raiser where the money raised was used in our county. I would make peanut butter pies and they always brought good money, from $25 to $40 each.

The recipe I used had cream cheese, peanut butter, confectioners sugar and cool whip-in a store bought graham cracker crust.

I did a cheap version- peanut butter, marshmallow fluff and a ready made Graham Cracker crust.
When my boyfriend got home he got me a couple chocolate Graham Cracker crust so I made another Peanut Butter pie and put a chocolate topping on it so it resembles a peanut butter cup. He also asked for a cherry cheesecake and a pumpkin pie.
That's going to be alot of pie to eat, lol. Hope he has a big appetite.

I'm in VA, Tidewater area. Probably 100 m,iles from you. Gee, several of us in VA...you, me, FarmerJan and another near the outskirts of DC-- haven't seen her post in a while.

Maybe we should have a "VA meeting" similar to the TX contingent of BYHrs. :)

Hope you enjoy the vicinity and your new home.

Having a VA meeting sounds like a good plan to me. I would like to meet new people.
