I wouldn't be in too much of a rush to take possession too soon..

The problem with waiting is the lady ( who rent from now) boyfriend is getting out of jail just before we do the closing on the house and we can't be here when he comes home because he is a felom and this house only has her and him on his release papers.
We did the down payment today so now all we have to do is pay the Home Inspector next Tuesday and we should be good to go.

good luck! that sounds a bit tight on the planning. if anything you might have to spend some time on vacation at a hotel or something? perhaps plan it as a vacation if you have to?

Problem with that is only 2 dogs are allowed at a hotel/motel and we have 4 so there isn't going to be extra money to pay for their boarding

Good Morning all! We had our home inspection yesterday, it went good. Only thing wrong is the hot water heater is bulging at the bottom so we asked for it to be replaced. The appraisal is next week then hopefully we can move in early

You might be able to find a long term petsitter/foster for free? I have taken in dogs for a couple months while a family was moving. My in-laws do the same. They took in a dog for 6 months after the owner's house burned down. Right now they've had a dog for 6 weeks while the owner heals from a broken ankle.

I promised you all pics so here is some. I don't know why I stopped taking pics at the bathroom so I didn't get any of the bedrooms but that's exactly what I did. Once we get in and are settled I will take more.

Yes, it is a small house but we do have room in the back to add on eventually.
