I just tried to drink a glass of water with the acv\honey combo. Didn't make it past the first swallow. is there an easier way to do this?

I saw a couple of y'all had posted that it was good for pain relief from arthritis . I've been feeling a bit achy lately and thought i'd give it a whack. I was diagnosed with arthritis a year ago but have been feeling the pain for years. I've noticed the more I take my meds, the more I need to take them.

Aidenbaby, I hated it too at first. I had to play with it to get it diluted enough to be palatable. I use 2TBS in a large glass with an entire dropperfull of stevia. Tastes pretty good

Are you using raw ACV? It may taste better to you. It is much better for you, too, if you can get it.
