Or join a forum, where there a lots of nice people making fun of everything, including themselves;
or they do whatever they can to bolster you , when you feel down;
or they send you heartfelt hug smileys.

Or take on a project that you know you can do. Take on only a small and manageable portion. And congratulate yourself for the part you accomplish.
You could possibly brag about it, here.
Have a great day all you wonderfully silly folks.

Another member has low self-esteem, any one know any remedies or ways to get rid of this? Thanks. :)
Yes I do, first find out why she has it, dig deep, then get her some books or tapes by great teachers like Maryanne Williamson, Back to Love or John Bradshaw's Coming Home, or Wayne Dyers all of his or Louise Hay love books, have her start putting good thought in and not feel alone doing it. Tell her what she gives her attention to grows, so stop paying attention to self defeating attitudes or thoughts, for every thought she has bad about herself she has to say two good things about herself out loud...it really works, and have her stand in front of a mirror alone and say to herself I love and except you just as your are over and over until she really does. While this is started you make a list of the ten items...this list has 10 things she likes about herself?-10 items she hates about herself?- 10 items she loves to do?-10 items that is she had all the money in the world and time what would she be doing? 10 things she wants to accomplish before she leaves this earth? 10 people she admires and respects? 10 reasons why? Then you tell her this...if she were to have amniesha and didnt know who she was...the past was gone...her insecurities were gone...who would she become? This is a good start to a new you! :D

Anyone who posts on this forum is entitled to having pride in themselves for attempting to improve their lives and usually that of others (ie: family) in the form of becoming more self sufficient.
Even failed attempts are an effort put toward something positive. And we learn from failed attempts. Maybe we learn that we do not want to try this again or maybe we learn that we need to do more research before trying this again. But we have learned something! And then there are those wonderfull times when we are successfull on the first attempt and are applauded for it :weee.
