I read that in like 1918 I think, white people were dying from a bird flu outbreak but Native Americans were fine. Turns out they were using chaga. I didn't verify that story but it was interesting to say the least.

It's rye grass and clover I planted in the fall. Have kept the sheep dry lotted all winter to give it a chance to grow. Once they hit it, it will be gone. Underneath, is Bermuda and Bahia grass that we sprigged last fall. this picture was taken in mid February, it is quite a bit higher now.

Oh lovely, they'll be thrilled! My goats are inside goats lol. By choice, they won't leave the barn. They miss the grass too!

Baby's snotty and coughing but in (mostly) good spirits. My mom took DD1 to fiber class today and kept her until dinner. Was nice to have a break and hang with sicky baby. I have a mild sore throat but that's it so far!

Ugh.... That just stinks, but sounds like it could be worse. Nice of mom to give you a bit of a break today. Hope your sore throat gets better!
