I'm dying waiting for them to head down there. I think even if the people don't budge on price we might be under budget with concrete included but would love to have a little more breathing room.

DD1 and I are so excited. No schoolwork today , lol no one can focus!

If they're happy with what the salesman says, we'll put a deposit down today. They close at 5 so I'd say I'll know before 5 today!

Side note - I will never ever again raise a pig that is not an AGH. These piglets are obnoxiously loud, unfriendly and destructive! I am so over them! And they're teaching my pigs to screech at me, not cool!

40 lbs maybe? Not very.... booo! They'll be gone soon anyway!

Well they didn't buy anything so.... yeah. Waiting to hear what happened. Or what their plan is now. DH isn't home yet.
