My mom had a granny she showered with as a small child. She said she remembered granny throwing a boob over her shoulder to "wash underneath". Guess they were quite pendulous.

So in our family, we always sang it "Do your boobs hang low, do they wobble two and fro, can you tie them in a knot, can you tie them in a bow, can you throw them over your shoulder......"

No wonder I grew up into a filker.
