I love you OFG. You manage to help me laugh at anything. :lol: I even feel better about my garden. Which I think somebody Mowed 1/2 of yesterday. The bugs dont normally chew it all to exactly the same height, after all.
I hope the bean bugs are long gone at your place now.

and yep - the dogs are always the heroes. altho "momma get up i gotta go" this morning at 3 in the AM didnt really make me think that they were heroes.

but i guess i needed to get up anyway ????

wow we are headed for a total hotsy totsy today - 100* again and tomorrow is supposed to be worse. so it will be a juggling kinda day trying to keep everyone cool and hosed off.

here is a fun surprise - i went out to find a new chick running around in the hen house! i think she's from one of the salmon favorelle hens.. but i didnt think she was supposed to hatch until next week! maybe the heat sped things along? ha!

here's to keeping cool! maybe i'll join the runner ducks in the baby pool today. whooot!

Stay cool if ya can! My animals seem to be taking it very well so far. It's the humans that are faltering. Are we supposed to get more storms today? I haven't caught the weather forecast yet.
 
As hot as it's been, I don't think the eggs would even need a hen to sit on them!!! Just leave it out and POP! There's a chick!
