ofg, I just pulled out a huge hunk of red meat for a roast - BEEF it's what for dinner!

The man is in the "office". I think he lost his map on how to get out....or he fell in ---or he needs a tow chain....something....wonder if he'll move if I snatch away all his reading materials.

I'm so sick of this weather, the house (which is only about 900 s.f.) is sooo small now, and that man is getting on my nerves big time.

Dace, hang in there. That pizza recipe looks great...just might be on the menu for supper tonight. 2 things my hubby loves is eggs and pizza. If I give him both together, with sausage or bacon, who knows what the future holds for me.

Quail, I can sympathize, but thank goodness, my man will not stay in the house. Even on the coldest days, he goes out to his shop, starts a big fire, and even if he doesn't work, he pulls up his chair in front of the stove and sleeps....dreaming of spring and planting taters, I'm sure.

I can sympathize too girls, my husband gets cabin fever in about 20 minutes. He's one of those dang fools that goes outside and shovels snow WHILE it's pouring down on his head. He just can't sit still. I'm glad we're gonna have a barn....that way we'll both have a change of scenery the next time it snows

we had to run to the feed store b/c The White Death is blowin' like a mo... um... its really blowing.

and yes DacJ! i dont know nothin' about birthin' no babies!! yikes!

i told The Big Man that he's just going to have to handle it. he says his plan is that if the neighbor girl cant fix it then he'll be standing there with the 9mm.

so i've enlisted the neighbor mom. she said she'd handle it while i hide in the house.

If I was closer, I would love to come and help you birth your goat babies OFG. I love that kind of stuff. Yep, I 'm a dork. The only kind of blood stuff that makes me turn green is when it has to do with fingernails and toenails. Don't ask. I'm getting pale just thinking about it. But I can handle everything else.
