I've never been to Africa, so I was thinking it's Deep South Swampy Hot.

And there's bugs. Ticks and mosquitoes bad enough that I got out the OFF spray. I have found ticks in the house, but not ON anyone yet. We are doing hair checks frequently. ewww.

I need to put some friends in the ice chest for later - thanks for the reminder Glen!

It's not delightful. Unless you like to sweat. Alot. Not only is the yard soupy - the air is too. a dry heat with 87 degrees would be OK in the middle of summer maybe. (I know - it's really hard to make us happy in Ohio )

So I'm gonna display some more ignorance, just of the geographical type this go 'round. Is Ohio normally humid?
We have been running around 87* too, with heat index just getting into the 90's so not too bad so far. Phony weatherman says it may rain tonight... I don't believe him.
