Supposed to be 95 here today and possibly hit 100 tomorrow.

I walk down to dance class soon. I leave early and stand in front of the fan and cool off before we dance lol. And then I walk home and take a cold shower.

I skipped getting food yesterday. Sunflower has ads from two weeks available on Wednesdays, but I couldn't bring myself to go out in the icky heat.

Ha! I had to get mine renewed last year when we moved the house and I had been outside in the upper 90s (no electricity yet) painting cabinets all day in the heat when I got the picture taken....that was pretty! I'm so embarrassed to show my license to anyone but at least right now it looks exactly like me

Yeah, mine does too. It was all I could do not to stick my tongue out at her. The worst part? The DMV was nicely air conditioned, I had a book, there was NO LINE!! It took me 4 minutes start to finish........

I had to double check our weatherman on the weather.com site.... but it's true - the actual temp is 87* with a heat index of only 95.

What! This is getting weird! Only 87* in Florida, while OFG is burning alive in Ohio. Go figure!

Today, 07/21/11: Mostly sunny, breezyvery hot and humid. High: 93-98. (heat index 100-105 degrees!)



Friday: Partly sunny, continued very hot and humid. High: 99. (heat index could top 105 degrees!)

you're killin me... our heat index is 108* and its.... getting hotter.

i need to go hose off the pigs. by the time i get back i'll need another shirt and another show just from walking up the hill. sheesh!

97 temp, 111 heat index here in NE Ohio at 2:45pm. The hens are laying hard boiled eggs.
