PamsPride's Journal-Free Kindle Downloads!

I just got back from filling out the paperwork for the job. Now I have to figure out what I am going to do for 36 hours to keep myself entertained. No internet! (Can we saw with drawl?) I did not know about the job until after the library had closed so no new books or books on tape. I am going to TRY exercising! LOL!

Next week I get to decide what to do with the money I make, once I pick up my paycheck. I can use it to pay bills, stock up on food, or put some toward buying my milk cow. Maybe divide it three ways and do a little of each? I am not sure if this is going to be this weekend only or if the job is going to continue.

CrimsonRose, I totally hear you on the cow! If I get more hours then I will be getting my cow sooner rather than later at least!
:weee YAY! My mom worked out the hours so that I can go to Thanksgiving dinner, although she will be missing it, and so I could go to church. I will be going to church and Black Friday shopping on no sleep after working 12 hours but I will be fine! I will also be working midnight shift! Hopefully things will not go bump in the night while I am there! LOL!

The guys at work tease my mom about carrying all the time so when she told her boss that I was willing to work his head office guy asked if I was as dangerous as she was and she said "No, she only has a nine. I have a thirty-eight!" :lau My mom's boss says he knows better than to sneak up on her because he does not want to die of lead poisoning! :gig

Hey Pam congrats on the job!!! I guess ha CCW licence is coming in handy after all. :D

Happy Thanksgiving, that's great to hear you get to be home for diner. Have a nice time.

I can't believe you Black Friday shopping. I think I am going to wait until next week to even look at the adds.

Have a great day an be safe.

Congrats!!!!

a little extra boot never hurt anyone lol

spend wise my friend, spend very wise haha

Hope you survived your boredom and haven't gotten crushed out shopping. Are you finding good deals?

If I had extra $, I think I'd go for the cow too. There will always be bills to pay and food to stock up on.

Good thing your mom is at the job to help you know what is the real deal......

Sounds like you had a great time shopping. Great deal on getting the JoAnn's gift card! I saw the yarn I need to complete a couple prayer shawls is on sale....so I will probably go up there this week-end.

Stay warm! I hear our high temps this week-end are supposed to be 30 to 32!!

Don't forget to use your 20% off total purchase coupon!
I got Christmas fabric for making DD's boutique outfits for $1.60 a yard! (6 yards total) I got a cup cake carrier originally $19.99 on sale for $9.99 plus 20% off, so $8! My 8 yo acts like it is a sin if we do not take cupcakes to church on Wednesday night for his Ranger class.

Hello everyone! I know it has been FOREVER since I have posted over here so I thought I would pop in and say hi and let you all know that you can see what I have been up to by checking out my blog.
