ugh, still no word on my offer.
i know its hud, this could take a while lol...
but still, i wanna know yesterday!
i did manage to get some grocery shopping in this morning, have my smoothie supplies in my fridge again (greek yogurt, 100% fruit juice (i dont like the lumpies when theres fruit in it lol) and milk.
i also got watermellon and grapes and narners lol, i heart narners (banannas)
some additional individual yogurts, cause i need to start eating healthy snacks rather than avoiding the food altogether lol.
i even found a bread with only 6 net grams of carbs per slice...its organic too, a little more expesnvie but i dont eat bread frequently but sometimes just crave a slice of toast so yay for not havng to feel guilty for having one
picked up cat food and a new gravity feeder for the dry food for the cats, with the 2 of them now im filling the dry bowl up very frequently so im hoping the gravity feeder will help with that (they get wet food twice a day too

)
i put go juice in the car, $25 didnt even get me 1/2 a tank

but the price has dropped a little bit, its down to $4.25 a gal for cash right now...
i stopped at the post office and sent off abifaes new tags

and then at the bank to deposit whats left over of the money from the bird cage i sold (i used the rest of the cash for gas and kitty food lol)
then this afternoon i had left over turkey and quinoa meatloaf and some watermellon.
im loving the quinoa and the turkey quinoa meatloaf is yummy...eveyrone in the family seems to enjoy it but not as much as i do and its sooo simple to make and soooo healthy
1 cup cooked quinoa
3lbs turkey
3 eggs
a whole lot of garlic (i like LOTS of galic)
1 medium onion
salt
pepper
italian herbs (whatever suits your mood)
wostercshire sauce (about 2 tablespoons)
a splash of low sodium soy sauce
a tablespoon of crushed red pepper
a splash of hot sauce
and pretyt much anything else you have in the fridge that sounds good (probably would be good with fresh bell pepper
dice the onion and soften in a fryingpan with a tiny bit of olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic (other veggies) red pepper flakes italian herbs.
in a bowl combine all the other stuff including cooled quinoa then add softend onions and mush untill your arm wants to fall off.
into a baking dish or a couple of loaf pans, sprinkle some more italian herb or parsely ontop to "prettyfy" and cover
bake covered in the oven at 350 for about an hour. (should be moist and browned but not burnt) then let rest for 30 mns covered. Serve however you like, great with pasta sauce or ketchup and fries or just as is.
after lunch i whent through some of the boxes of dog goodies form when we had the shop, one of my frineds (the only one that seems to make any effort to come visit me) has a minature dacshund pup...
so i dug out some of the stuff in her size for her to go through tomorrow while shes here (at her request) so yay shopping lol.
then the plan is to go hang out with another frined for a while in the afternoon...
so tomorrow should keep me relitivly occupied lol.
