We had a dreary day here. They called for it to clear up this afternoon, and it never did. Hope your weather was better.

lots of rain, some drizzle, some more rain lol.
but 3 bunnies whent home and 4 of the rhodebar chicks hatched
2 boys 2 girls so far (LOVING the autosexing feature LOL!)
got another egg pipped, will probably be in the world by the morning, and another 5 that when candled today were definatly live and moving, so im REALY hoping they make it through hatch
and im thinking pink. id love it if the last 5 were all girls, but I REALY want at least 3 more girls out of those 5!
got another lead on more rabbits, a laday interested in an English lop *fingers crossed*
and another lady whos supposed to be sending a deposit on some rex, shes taking the little castor boy and my adult doe blackberry, and then will be back if hazel has any tri-does, she wants at least 1 tri-doe.
this is awesome as it opens a spot up in the rabbitry, im planning on replacing Blackberry with a good proven pure meat doe so ive got babies specifically for the freezer, just gotta arrange that pickup date for blackberry first.
still no kits from clover, im 80% sure at this point ill probably let 2 angora does go soon too...I may try breeding clover 1 more time if shes not had anything by sunday (sunday will be day 40).
but im not sure...the angora may get downsized...we'll see.
supposed to be ging to reg my car tomorrow, so fingers crossed that goes smoothly...
only downside today was I was supposed to meet a guy to buy an English budgie hen and not sure what the heck happened but either he showed up early and left before we got there at 5:55 (arranged to meet between 6-7pm) or he was a no show...grr.
oh well obviously wasn't meant to be I guess.

no car today, parents are going away for the weekend and taing the car id need to get to the dmv to get things sorted lol, so its on the books for Monday.
we had torrential rain this moring...I got soaked doing all the critters because the radar didn't look like it would stop any time soon..and about 20 mins after id finished...it stopped *grr* lol
got to go back to the barn in a little while anyway and take the chickies up...
weve got 6 hatched so far...not sure the last 3 will hatch, I candled this morning and am not seing any movment but im going to give them another couple of days...you know how chicks are with their own time frame.
as of right now we have 3 healthy girls and 3 healthy boys. well be keeping a boy and the 3 girls for certain...got the 2 extra boys up as availbale but if they don't sell they'll be plenty good enough o go in the pot
I may get some more to hatch out and see if we can get a few more girls, i know id like at least 2 more females for the flock...so im going to watch a few egg auctions and see what comes up
gonna move the 6 that have hatched up to the brooder in the barn this afternoon (giving the 2 from this morning a little more drying time first.
still no communication from the budgie guy...realy frustrating on that one but whatever, his loss. will keep looking.
oh well, its almost 1:30 i should figure out what im doing for lunch

Glad for the hatch, bummer on the car.
We got some crazy rains too. I got home yesterday and my poor garden was flat! It looks a little harder this morning thankfully

I'm glad the rain is done for now! Though we could get more on Tuesday, Wednesday and next Saturday.
