I would expect to have to clean it often. Like vinyl siding, facing north needs to be cleaned.

I drove by a house that I just noticed has a nice looking vinyl fence, so I'm going to see if my GF likes the way it looks, and if she does, I may knock on the peep's door and ask which one it is, how they like it.
