On the way home, E told me that while they were in the pasture and the farmer (who was 74 years old, but he only looked 50!!!!) was shining his light around and they saw a little kitten. The farmer said, "Oh look, a little stray kitty out here." E said he looked closer and said, 'That's not a cat! it's a baby skunk!" so they both took off through the gate

Aly, first let me say...HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!!!!!!!! And, getting to go to the auction for your anniversary?? SWEET!!!!!!!! My hubby wont go at all...and therefore I dont get to go very often, if at all. DANG! LUCKY YOU!!
Sounds like the house is coming along great! I can't waite to see you all settled in there. And, to have your Amish friends say they will help you build on?? Thats great!
You had said earlier...keeping busy help you make it through the day...or something like that. LOL
I agree....its the ONLY way I have been able to make it past the loss of our son. WORK, work, work...sleep, then get up and work some more! LOL
