I confess that I have not made much salsa before. We like salsa verde better, does anyone have a recipe for that? I will try all of these though, they sound great.
I do make my own red chili sauce though and am looking for a green chili sauce recipe too.

It's pretty easy. Substitute tomatillos for the tomatoes.
