That is okay, Abi.....I have found both men and women can be equally deceptive, but I appreciate honesty. I feel like I am a pretty honest person and I don't like people who play games or who talk out both sides of their mouths. Those people always confuse me as I'm not really prepared to deal with that and tend to take people at face value.
So my Kindle broke yesterday. We aren't sure what happened. It fell out of my purse and was sitting in the driveway, It was in the case so should have been fine. Trouble found it. It looked unharmed but won't turn on. I think Amazon will replace it. Maybe it got too hot?

I'm going to try shipping it back.
Computer Nerd made it to London and met up with his friends okay. He is keeping us posted on Facebook, using a Kindle! So far he has commented on the coke having real sugar (unlike American coca cola) as he is a coca cola aficionado. His dog is moping, looking at me sadly. I hope he tries some more interesting things besides the Coca Cola. He is on the way to Victoria right now.
One of my good friends is running the Hood to Coast today for two mutual friend's family members with cancer. We are having a nice, cooler day here today so I hope it goes well for her. Right now I'm watching the sun come up and a big cloud is rolling up over Dunegan Mountain, looking like smoke swirling through the trees. Something spooky is out there, scaring the dogs and goats. They are trotting around the back yard, the goats running and stopping to stand erect, listening, and the dogs are just plain running the fence, barking. I assume a coyote pack is in the vicinity, so I won't let anyone free range today. This little catahoula/ridgeback dog is a GOOD farm dog. I love her. If we didn't already have a good home lined up, I'd be thinking of keeping her despite our budget. She is having trouble with housetraining but she is only a puppy still.
One mans' trash, always another man's treasure is how it works in the dog world.
Happy Friday everyone!
