Bummer about the house, ss! Everything for a reason, though!

I'm just about sick of all the rain...outdoor projects are piling up. Come summer-time though, we'll be cussing the heat and wishing for rain.

Cabin at auction? How does that work? Are they prefab, movable type cabins? That sounds like an interesting option!

SS--Prefab and moveable! But supposedly all wood. I'm not sure.

We are still at the front of the park but dh ran an extension cord to the little store next door so I can get on the computer--he's a keeper! He has to feed the cows himself. With the angle we are parked at, one of the doors won't lock so I am home--so to speak. The water did come up and cover the park again but has already started to recede so we will move back this afternoon we think. Sure looking forward to geting out of this mudpit into pretty much anything anywhere!

Gotta go see what you all are up to. We will be having previously frozen Chicken rice soup today.

Glad you didn't get swept away! Maybe the cabin won't be so bad Lots of prefab stuff is pretty decent..at minimum better than a travel trailer. I sure don't miss living in one full time!!!

After more talk, he has a friend who might build one or buy it. A couple of different places to put it on his road but I think something will happen soon. (Please don't go back in my journal to see how many times I've said that)! We are reparked in our little mud hole now. Hope it dries up soon! All I've done today is read so far and visit you all. I can hear the Mardi Gras parade going through town but it turned too cool and windy for me to go.

Several folks out here have prefab places. The crazy lady up the road has a very nice one. I didn't even realize that it was prefab 'til she told me.

LOL! I can hardly wait til I'M the crazy lady up the road!!!!!!! Of course, no one here understands canning while in a travel trailer so maybe that ship has sailed!!!
