I keep sneaking a little out of my excess gallon jug. I haven't even carbonated it yet and it's really delicious. I wished I had a spotted cow for comparison, but will have to wait until my son comes from northern IL to visit, that is if the Kung Flu every dies down.

Put 35F keg on 30 PSi of CO2 gas. After about 48 hours, it should be fully carbonated to about 2.3 volumes of CO2. I blew about of pint of trub out of the bottom of the keg and poured 1/2 a pint.

This is a really tasty beer, is that the slight flavor of corn I test? Why yes it is :)

Not much in the way of arroma at this time but that will change when it's fully carbonated. Plus I found a good use for my garden Indian flour corn, So win/win.

I'm not changing a thing about this recipe, it's dang near perfect. Although I strive to produce clear beer. This homesteader Kölsch is right on queue being cloudy, besides, live yeasty beer is good for you!

Needs about 24 more hours on CO2 @ 30 PSI. But this is a super tasty, cheep to brew, brew. Now that there some carbonation, it's smelling as good as it tastes.

Yummy... Recipe in post #9 😋 I saved a little and lagered a long time. It's dropped clear and this beer is totally at its best now.

@CrealCritter Do you have your beer and wine making all set up at the new place yet?
I'm sure the keg-erator has been plugged in for a while now, lol.
