That always cracks me up because you don't have to have a complete meltdown to have problems. All you need is a good snow storm or tornado or something and then stores are closed. We know so many people who don't have enough food for more than a day or two it is ridiculous. Certainly isn't a matter of being paranoid, just a matter of being proactive.


She said "Wow!" My mom growing up was the stock up/coupon/deal hunting QUEEN! We are a construction family, with frequent layoffs, and the current economy, plus how I grew up...it's just stupid to me to NOT keep some extra on hand
As for the grasshoppers....eh, if they can work a tiller and hoe, they're hired. i'm decent at delegating tasks when necessary
