the funny farm, i am back

Ahhhhh, poor pup! Wish there was a better outcome in sight for him, but it doesn't sound like it will have a good outcome. So sorry about that. :hugs

Poor puppy. He won't have a long life, but at least the life that he does have will be a happy one with you.

we plan to keep him as happy and comfortable as long as we can. we have noticed him walking with stiff back legs lately. we have another vet appointment next month.

we caught another opossum last night. this one has a huge pouch full of babies. we may take her to the huge state park as the babies look almost big enough to survive on their own. they wont be a threat to peoples livestock there.

yes a month ago. you can see the kink in his spine in that pic.

when we came off the road the weeds had taken over. they were over 8ft tall! we had mower paths everywhere. I have been fighting the weeds all this year to get the yard back. you couldn't even see the fruit trees I had planted 3 years ago. I have to pull the horseweeds, then rake the rest to make sure nothing has blown into the yard then mow,

until the grass got too tall then we had to add a step of weed eating then mowing.

Those bunnies are beautiful! :love And that poor pup :(

I am battling weeds here myself. I cannot believe how many came up this year and the dock is driving me crazy. They have long roots, which makes them very hard to pull.
