I own a replica star trek communicator
I have a light-up star trek voyager ornament for my Christmas tree
I dressed as a dead "red shirt" for Halloween
I own copies of some of the seasons of SG1 and am looking to get the rest
I am a big MST3K fan
I own all the dvds of the Big Bang Theory
Most of my books are sci-fi or gardening books
I use Marklar in a sentence at least once a week
I never miss episodes of Eureka
I always travel with a towel (HHGTTG)
My tote bag has a cross-stitched r2d2 on it
I rewatch Firefly and Serenity on a regular basis
I am prepared for the zombie apocalypse
I think the sexiest men alive are Patrick Stewart and Bruce Campbell

Hi, my name is Tabatha and I am a bit of a nerd.

My children have more star wars & star trek toys than they do barbies or gi joes. As a matter of fact, I think DD only has one barbie... Cruddy things.
I own 3 different sets of Firefly and 2 of Serenity.
I own both the original & special edition Star Wars movies (episode 4,5 & 6) ON VHS no less.
I can speak a bit of HTML.
I have 115(or so) Hex codes memorized.
I have figures of the boys from Boondock Saints on my mantle, with the Special Edition of both movies to either side. I'm still looking for Da.
I have the entire prayer from Boondock Saints memorized.
DH and I regularly duel with the kid's lightsabers.
I still play roleplaying games... (Serenity, White Wolf & Dungeons & Dragons)
DH and I had an intelligent conversation the other day about crappy comic books, regarding Batman capturing Doomsday when Doomsday previously defeated the entire Justice League and killed Superman with one hand literally tied behind his back.
My new shotgun is named Boomstick.
I refer to manure lagoons as Bogs of Eternal Stench.

* I am going to school to learn to make Cosplay and Steampunk
* Then I'm going to school for history/pol sci because being a CIA analyst sounds fun
* I can pronounce "Uranus"
* I only allow people to eat my eggs in even numbers, and only if they rearrange the carton into an aesthetically pleasing pattern
* The best part of doing laundry is folding it so it fits precisely into the drawer
* I own every album of They Might Be Giants. And Voltaire. And Michael Longcor
* I think Anthony Stewart Head is uber sexy singing Sweet Transvestite
* I do algebra problems to calm down if I've had a rough day

I can't decide if I'm a nerd or just OCD. Maybe just OCD since I don't have a clue what Firefly, Serenity, or the names of all the characters in Star Wars.

My mayo on any sandwich MUST go on the left piece of bread, all the way to the edge, if there is mustard, it MUST go on the right, again, to the edge. Cheese first, again on the left, followed by meat on top.

My clothes are arranged by color, and sleeve length, open part of the hanger pointing to the back of the closet. Shoes arranged by height from L-R. I used to have the hangers all 1 inch apart, but aquired too many clothes with not enough space.

I always must lay down for bed on my right side to start.

My books are arranged by author, in the order they were published, as well as by topic.

All of my food that I've canned is not only arranged by date, but again, from L-R.

I could go on, but nobody needs the ramblings of an OCD nerd, LOL

Oh, I'm in, but I have to take some time to think about it.
Definitely an MST3K fan, also Samurai Jack....
Gave up all electives in MS and HS to play in the band.
Was a Girl Scout until 10th grade.
As for OCD, the eggs in the carton must be balanced evenly from the middle toward the ends. When there's an odd number of eggs I get freaky. If someone puts them in or takes them out wrong I get really freaky. And yes, spreads on bread must reach all the way to the edges of the bread...
There's more. There's sooo much more.
I will not enter a shower other than the one in my own house without flip flops on my feet.

+ I own a Gryffindor scarf, tie, and jumper
+ I do wear all 3 on a regular basis, and TOGETHER
+ I have a complete box set of all the HP movies thus far that sits neatly on my shelf... just sitting and looking HP-pretty
+ I have 2 other sets of the movies for watching
+ I adore reading and always complain that I don't have anything to read
+ One of my bedside tables is a pile of books and the other is a bookshelf
+ I compare and analyse my life by looking at the lives of characters in novels such as Atonement, Looking for Alaska and Wicked Lovely
+ I have coordinated faces with names. When I think Miles Halter from Looking for Alaska, I see my friend Mike Hutton
+ I have "The Story Continues..." track from HP as my cellphone ringtone
+ On occasion I change it to the ghostbusters theme (complete with singing/lyrics)
+ My animals are named after HP characters... Luna, Narcissa (Cissy), Hermione (Mione), Cruickshanks, Fang, Accio...
+ I also own radish earrings and a cork necklace
+ Yes, I dress up for HP movies
